TfL hackers known to police for years

Authorities were aware of the two young men who disabled Transport for London's systems, as they possessed extensive cyber-crime backgrounds prior to 2024. Authorities tried to stop Owen Flowers and Thalha Jubair, but they continued offending, raising questions about current interventions.
