Tencent's New AI: Smaller Size, Faster, Cheaper Business Tools

Businesses using AI tools may get faster and cheaper services as Tencent says its latest system needs less computing power. On Thursday, the company released HY3-Preview, its first main model since former OpenAI researcher Yao Shunyu joined to lead base AI work. It has 295 billion parameters, down from more than 400 billion in December’s HY 2.0.
