Ten more jailed for Cardiff Ely riots

This brings the total number of people sentenced to 19, following violent disorder in May 2023 after two teenagers died. Cardiff Crown Court saw emotional scenes on Thursday as ten people received sentences for rioting, some for years. Zayne Farrugia, 26, from Caerau, was handed a six-year sentence for throwing missiles at police.
