Tearful Jack Draper loses at Canadian Open on injury comeback

British tennis player Jack Draper cried on court during his first-round loss at the Canadian Open in Montreal. The 24-year-old was playing his first match since June after a persistent arm injury caused his world ranking to drop. He eventually lost 6-3 2-6 6-2 to France's Terence Atmane after experiencing renewed discomfort.
