Tate & Lyle Accepts £2.7bn Ingredion Deal
Shareholders are set to receive cash and dividend payments after the ingredients maker agreed to be bought, while the deal will also remove a long-standing UK-listed company from the market. Tate & Lyle confirmed on 8 June that it had accepted an offer from US-based Ingredion. Investors will receive up to 615p per share, including 595p in cash and dividend payments.
