T3 magazine names Apple iPod best tech product of past 30 years
The Apple iPod has won the "Biggest Product in T3’s Lifetime" award as the magazine celebrates its 30th anniversary. T3's Editor-in-Chief, Mat Gallagher, said the iPod changed Apple from a computer firm into a leader in portable devices, calling it “clever, easy to use but most of all it was cool”. He also suggested that without the iPod, the iPhone may never have existed, building on its earlier success.
