Swiss to vote on 10 million population limit

Swiss voters are deciding on Sunday whether to cap the country's population at 10 million, sparking huge divisions over immigration. The right-wing Swiss People's Party backs the plan to ease housing and service pressure, but the government calls it a 'chaos initiative'. The plan says the government must act if the population hits 9.5 million, with a final cap of 10 million by 2050.
