Supreme Court lets Trump deport migrants to third countries
The US Supreme Court determined on Tuesday that the Trump administration is permitted to recommence the swift expulsion of immigrants to nations other than their country of origin. The ruling temporarily overturns a lower-court ruling which mandated that officials provide immigrants with notification and an opportunity to express concerns. The administration has already expelled more than 25,000 immigrants to a minimum of 29 countries.
