An 18-year-old university student died in Wales on Tuesday while participating in a Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition. After receiving reports that he had gone into the water and was missing, emergency services discovered his body in the River Wye, located in Glasbury, Powys. The DofE is working with his college and authorities to understand what happened.
