Storm causes travel delays and flooding in UK.

Storm Bram has brought widespread disruption across the UK with winds reaching 85mph and heavy rainfall causing severe flooding. Rail services have been cancelled between major routes including Par-Newquay in Cornwall and Aberdare-Abercynon in Wales due to flooding. Flight cancellations have affected Belfast, Dublin, Bristol and Heathrow airports while ferry services across the Irish Sea face major disruptions. The Met Office issued amber and yellow weather warnings for 16 regions including Devon, Cornwall, Scotland and Wales.
