Starmer's King's Speech: Plans to scrap NHS England unveiled

Public services could face major changes after the government unveiled plans covering healthcare, schools and the justice system. Prime Minister Keir Starmer used Wednesday’s King’s Speech to announce legislation including scrapping NHS England, changing special educational needs support and limiting jury trials in some cases. King Charles presented more than 35 proposed laws as Labour faced growing pressure following recent election losses.
