Starmer's defence plan coming before NATO summit

Britain's stalled defence investment plan is finally coming out, aiming to boost the country's military strength. John Healey, Defence Minister, said Monday Keir Starmer plans to publish the plan before the July 7 NATO summit. This will happen before Starmer meets US President Donald at the upcoming summit.
