Starmer warns Burnham against leadership challenge

Sir Keir Starmer wants Labour to focus on an upcoming mayoral election, not a leadership battle. He warned Andy Burnham, the Manchester mayor, against challenging him if he wins Thursday's Makerfield by-election.
