Starmer says sorry for 1972 Belfast deaths

Keir Starmer has said sorry to relatives of five people killed by soldiers in Belfast during 1972, after an inquest found the Army overreacted. The Prime Minister spoke in the Commons and sent letters after the inquest concluded soldiers 'lost control' in April. Victims included 13-year-old Margaret Gargan and 15-year-old David McCafferty, shot on the Springhill estate.
