Starmer: No Regime Change. But UK Bases Used for Iran Strikes.

He defended his initial refusal of UK bases for offensive attacks, citing lessons learned from Iraq and national interest. Following Iran's retaliatory actions and threats, Sir Keir later allowed British bases for specific defensive strikes on missile sites.
