Starmer holds final PMQs as Burnham nears Labour leadership

Sir Keir Starmer is holding his last Cabinet meeting and Prime Minister's Questions on Wednesday as Andy Burnham closes in on the Labour leadership. Burnham has secured the backing of 369 out of 403 Labour MPs, making it impossible for any rival to challenge him. He is set to become Prime Minister on Monday.
