Smokers ignore hospital bans, say they have nowhere to go
Despite bans, many people are still smoking outside hospitals in Hull and Grimsby, with some saying it helps them cope with stress. Humber Health Partnership, which runs the sites, says security teams move smokers on but can't be on permanent duty. While smoking on hospital grounds is illegal in Scotland and Wales, it's not yet in England, though new laws are coming.
