Scotland Pays £27m a Year for Staff in Jobs That No Longer Exist

Staff sit in redeployment pools because of the SNP's ban on compulsory redundancies. Some 255 have waited over a year, and one NHS Highland worker for 17 years. The Scottish Conservatives want the Auditor General to investigate.
