Sam Neill, star of 'Jurassic Park,' dies at 78

New Zealand actor Sam Neill, known for his roles in "Jurassic Park" and "The Piano," died on Monday in Sydney, Australia, at 78. His family confirmed his death, stating it was "sudden and unexpected." Neill had previously been diagnosed with stage 3 angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma in 2023, but his family's statement said he remained "cancer free" when he died.
