Salesforce CEO says AI won't end traditional software, calls "SaaSpocalypse" as "crazy nonsense"

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff has dismissed talk of a "SaaSpocalypse" due to AI, calling it "crazy nonsense" at Dreamforce 2026. He believes AI will bring a new era of software with a different interface, not the end of it. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang agreed, saying this new layer will make existing software much better.
