London mayor Sadiq Khan has called for a cap on the number of robotaxis in the capital as the government prepares to allow fully driverless cars. He warned they could add to congestion, hit air quality and threaten taxi drivers' jobs, and wants more powers for Transport for London. Uber, Waymo and Freenow by Lyft are all testing or planning driverless services in the city.
