Six Montagu's harrier chicks hatch in secret farmland nests this year

The UK's rarest bird of prey successfully bred for the second year running at a secret English farm location. The Montagu's harrier "AU", a male bird, bred with two females, successfully rearing six chicks in a pair of nests. Two of the young birds now have satellite tags to track their migration and help protect the species from farm machinery.
