Ryanair Jet Faces Safety Review After Window Failure
Air travellers could see closer safety checks after investigators opened inquiries into a serious flight incident. US and European safety agencies began examining the Ryanair flight on Monday, with the Federal Aviation Administration supporting the National Transportation Safety Board and sending investigators to inspect the Boeing aircraft. It flew from Greece to Germany, and a window came loose, endangering a nearby passenger.
