Ryanair CEO O'Leary extends contract until 2032, eyes 10m shares.
Air travellers and shareholders now know the airline's long-serving leader is set to stay in charge for longer. Ryanair agreed a new deal with Michael O'Leary that keeps him as chief executive until April 2032 after discussions with major investors. Under the arrangement, he could gain an option over 10m shares if performance goals, including a share price above €42 for 28 straight days, are achieved.
