Russia Strikes Kharkiv Power Plant Hours After Trump Ceasefire

Russia struck the CHP-5 thermal power plant in Kharkiv at least twice on Sunday, hours after Donald Trump announced an immediate "energy ceasefire" between Russia and Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelensky said a Kyiv plant was also hit, while officials said Ukraine learned of the deal from social media. He said Ukraine would stop hitting Russian energy sites if Moscow did the same. Russia has not commented.
