Rupert Grint's £5.4m mansion approved for 15 homes

The Harry Potter actor's £5.4 million property was approved in late 2024 for a major transformation into a new housing development. His plans to convert the large mansion into 15 separate homes received their final green light in late 2024. Grint will also pay almost £100,000 to help local schools and the council.
