Rupert Grint wins eco-village building permission

The Harry Potter star can now build nine new homes and convert six apartments on his Hertfordshire estate. North Herts Council granted full planning permission on 10 June, despite earlier resident concerns about wildlife. Grint will also pay almost £200,000 towards local infrastructure, including a new public park and school expansion.
