Royal Mail raises second class stamp to 91p from April 7
Royal Mail announced new increases for stamp prices, effective from 7 April next month. A second class stamp will now cost 91p, an increase of 4p. The company stated these changes are due to higher delivery costs, with fewer letters sent while the total number of addresses grows. Citizens Advice disapproved of this increase, arguing prices ought to reflect service performance.
