Royal Mail CEO's £6.9M Pay Sparks Debate Amid Falling Letter Numbers
People using post are seeing a company that says it's putting money into technology and AI while letter numbers keep falling. International Distribution Services said chief executive Martin Seidenberg received £6.9m for the year to March after long-term incentives followed its stock market exit. Royal Mail handled 1.4bn parcels as addressed letters dropped 10 per cent while revenue reached £8.4bn.
