Remote workers report highest well-being, study finds
A new study of 7,704 employees found that those working fully remotely had the highest levels of well-being. Researchers additionally uncovered scant indication that individuals working remotely experienced reduced connection with their colleagues or the culture of their workplace. Giving people the choice to work remotely could lead to better outcomes and lower staff turnover.
