Reform UK's £15m donor faces new overseas donation cap
The government is unlikely to allow a Thai-based crypto investor to keep making big donations to Reform UK, despite him registering to vote in the UK. New rules could cap annual donations from Britons living abroad at £100,000, and also block crypto payments. Christopher Harborne, who has given Reform £15m, would likely need to live in the UK and pay tax on his estimated £18bn fortune.
