Public sector equality rules face being scrapped

Public sector equality rules, which guide police and teachers, could be scrapped after a row about Henry Nowak's murder. Kemi Badenoch will announce plans to scrap the Public Sector Equality Duty in a major speech on Tuesday. She argues the duty makes public decisions vulnerable to legal challenges, citing a case where terrorists could get compensation.
