Police hunt suspects following rapes reported on 3 university campuses
Law enforcement agencies on both sides of the Atlantic are dealing with three unrelated sexual assault cases. In England, Sussex Police have circulated photographs to help trace a suspect linked to an alleged attack at the University of Chichester earlier this year. In the US, marshals are attempting to locate 19-year-old Abdul-Jabril Cooper in connection with a 2024 incident at Penn State Abington. Separately, French authorities have arrested Ian Thomas Cleary over a long-unsolved Gettysburg College case after he contacted the survivor with a confession-like message.
