Poland calls for aggressive Nato exercises near Kaliningrad

Poland's foreign minister, Radosław Sikorski, called for aggressive Nato exercises along the borders of Russia's Baltic enclave, Kaliningrad. The proposed exercises aim to keep the Russians off balance and reclaim the initiative in Europe. Sikorski made the call at the Yalta Security Conference, where he also visited Kyiv this week.
