Phia, a shopping app co-founded by Phoebe Gates, is accused of "cookie stuffing" to claim commissions for sales it didn't generate. A Bloomberg investigation found the app would open a new tab and inject its own referral codes during checkout. Phia has since been suspended from Impact.com, a major affiliate platform, and says it has fixed the issue.
