Amazon and Microsoft told to make switching UK cloud services easier

Customers in Britain still face obstacles when trying to use more than one cloud provider at the same time. The Competition and Markets Authority, Britain's competition watchdog, said on Friday that Amazon Web Services and Microsoft need to remove these remaining hurdles to give buyers more choice. Regulators are still deciding whether to open a full strategic market status inquiry into the industry.
