Peta asks Prince Philip's favourite barber to stop selling badger hair brushes

Truefitt & Hill, a 221-year-old London shop with royal ties, has favoured natural bristles since 1805 to provide a softer shave. Peta, the animal rights charity, sent a letter alleging that Chinese fur farms trap the creatures in cages before killing them. The historic perfumer insists its tools are completely cruelty-free, though competitors such as Wilkinson Sword already use vegan options.
