Parliament investigates Farage over undeclared £5m gift

An official inquiry has started into whether Nigel Farage broke Commons rules by not declaring a £5m gift. The Parliamentary Standards Commissioner is investigating the Reform UK leader after the Conservative Party wrote to the watchdog. Farage received the money from billionaire Christopher Harborne before he became an MP in 2024.
