Palantir Loses Swiss Court Fight Over Replies

On Friday, Zurich’s commercial court rejected 22 of 23 requests made by Palantir and its Swiss unit in a case linked to December articles by Republik and WAV. Judges allowed only one short correction concerning the origins of Foundry software, while Palantir was ordered to cover 95% of court costs.
