Palantir Loses Swiss Court Fight Over Replies
Readers can still see the magazine’s reporting without most of the company’s requested responses being added by court order. On Friday, Zurich’s commercial court rejected 22 of 23 requests made by Palantir and its Swiss unit in a case linked to December articles by Republik and WAV. Judges allowed only one short correction concerning the origins of Foundry software, while Palantir was ordered to cover 95% of court costs.
