Oxford resident forces removal of pavement scooter bay
Doris Suchet successfully campaigned to have a dedicated e-scooter area erased from outside her Oxford home. She argued the painted box blocked the path for families with prams and older residents. Although operator Voi restored the walkway, local authorities and firms like Lime face similar disputes across London. Officials are now creating permanent spots on streets to prevent these vehicles from cluttering footpaths.
