Over 7,000 Tunbridge Wells homes lose water due to 'instrument failure'

About 7,000 properties in Tunbridge Wells and Pembury face water supply problems after an instrument failure at a local treatment works. South East Water (SEW) said this affected drinking water tank levels and stopped supplies, especially to higher areas. Bottled water is going to priority customers, and SEW is setting up collection stations.
