Over 120 MPs want student loan system reviewed

Chancellor John Healey has received a request from over 120 MPs and peers, urging an immediate review of the student loan repayment system, which they label an "unsustainable burden". Many graduates, according to the cross-party group which includes MPs holding Plan 2 loans, find that under half of any salary increase is retained after deductions for repayments and taxes.
