Online vet service Dutch replaces marketing agency by AI reducing significant marketing costs
Dutch, a telehealth company for pets, achieved a 20% reduction in its customer acquisition cost and expanded its audience by 20% month over month. The growth comes after cofounder Joe Spector fired an external marketing agency that cost $50,000 a month. He replaced it with an in-house team using AI tools to produce 10 times more content for about half the cost.
