Officer sacked for contacting sex workers, another guilty of assault

A former Northamptonshire Police officer would have been dismissed for gross misconduct after contacting sex workers, even though he had already resigned. Meanwhile, a West Midlands Police officer received a guilty verdict on Wednesday for an assault on a woman that occurred in June 2025 during an arrest. Another Avon and Somerset Police officer received a final warning for pinching a colleague's bottom.
