NTU project cuts student screen time by 81 minutes.
A Singapore student project has helped hundreds of university undergraduates reduce their late-night mobile phone use, leading to better sleep. The "Phone Sleeps First" campaign by Nanyang Technological University students tackled bedtime phone addiction among 313 students. 1. Participants reduced the time they spent looking at screens each night by between 58 and 81 minutes, and 81% planned to maintain their new routines.
