Novak Djokovic loses Cincinnati match, struggling in hot weather

The tennis star required a medical timeout during the second-round match against Thiago Agustin Tirante on Saturday. Djokovic had swept the first set but was affected by stifling humidity in the second, dropping to his knees. His opponent, Argentina's 50th-ranked Tirante, secured his biggest career win 2-6 6-4 6-4.
