Customers and partners could face uncertainty if the company is removed from the UK register after missing a filing deadline. Companies House issued a First Gazette notice to Nothing Technology Ltd on 10 March after overdue accounts were not submitted by the required date. Carl Pei's London-based business said paperwork delays caused the issue and operations aren't affected.
