North Korea built new uranium enrichment facility at Yongbyon, UN watchdog says

On Wednesday, the UN nuclear watchdog announced North Korea constructed a new uranium enrichment facility at its primary Yongbyon nuclear complex. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) indicated the recently constructed two-storey building could accommodate as many as 28 centrifuge cascades. The expansion, along with work at Kangson, violates UN Security Council resolutions, according to IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi.
