Noah Lyles runs world-leading 9.79 seconds in US 100m win

Noah Lyles achieved the fastest 100m time globally this year, matching his personal best at the US athletics championships. The American sprinter finished in 9.79 seconds at Icahn Stadium in New York City. He beat Ronnie Baker and Kenny Bednarek, who both recorded 9.88, with Christian Coleman fourth.
