NHS trust apologises for Noah Woods' medical data breach
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust issued an "unreserved" apology for a data breach that caused "extra anguish" to Noah Woods' family. The trust launched an urgent internal investigation and reported the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office. Three-year-old Noah was discovered deceased in a lake on 15 September after departing a play area in Brantham, Suffolk.
